This lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only five minutes from downtown McCall shopping and dining, the McCall Marina, Legacy Park Beach and our own state gem – Ponderosa Park.

The foyer boasts a furnished living room with large screen television and gas fireplace with slate hearth. A well-stocked cook’s kitchen with granite counter tops and a large pantry is a great gathering space to enjoy a good meal and good conversation with family and friends. The dining table will seat up to 10 and the bar area will seat 4.

The main level has a Master Suite with a King size bed, which has an attached dual sink bathroom. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a Queen size bed. There is a full bath in the hallway and additional sleeping space in the living room where the large couch doubles as a sofa sleeper.

Upstairs, there is a game and media room with its own kitchenette and full sized refrigerator. The kids will love to spend time in the game room where they can play Foosball or make popcorn and enjoy the Wii entertainment system, as well as a variety of board games. Just off of the game room is a bathroom and bunk room with a queen bed and a full-size bunk set with adult twin trundle. Moreover, there is an additional sleeping space in the game room.

From the kitchen, you have deck access where you can dine outside on the spacious deck and spend time with your loved ones or friends or just relax in the Hot Tub. On the east side of the house is a playset where the kids can enjoy hours of adult supervised play. Guests also make use of the 2-car garage and a long driveway for off street parking.

The Brown House – Lakefront Home with Private, Sandy Beach & Dock, 2 Blocks From Downtown!

Still the “talk of the town,” The Brown House, was ahead of its time, purposefully incorporating modern design elements like curved, interior walls and early 20^th century features – such as the Murphy bed. Influenced by extensive world travel, the Brown’s built into this home a well-balanced mix of design elements. The new owners have carried on this tradition with the addition of the Bungalow suites and inviting Lakeside landscape installations – both modern and efficient with an eclectic elegance.
The Main House
The living area of this home has one of the most spectacular views of Payette Lake and steps up to a formal dining area that shares the same breathtaking views. Access the well equipped kitchen and casual dining area from the hallway or formal dining pass through door.

The open floor plan has another living area just off of the front entry where you can relax and read or watch television. Pull down the Murphy bed in this room and enclose it by a track wall, creating an additional small bedroom space.

The west end of the house has two bedrooms. The master suite has its own fireplace and bathroom with shower. A shared door in the bathroom allows access to another bath with tub and vanity which opens into another bedroom. Each bathroom has the beautifully maintained, original tile work. The third room located at the west end of the house is a colorful, office-bedroom conversion with a bathroom off of the main hall.

The newest addition to this home is the duo suite “floating pod” Bungalow, located across the courtyard on the south side of the main house. Each bedroom is “modern chic. One room with crisp lines and the other with gently modulating curves; elements which are carried over to the fireplace hearths of glass and stone as well as the adjoining bathrooms one of which has the appearance of a vintage “woody” lake touring boat.

Geo Modern Art Glass panels are an art installation in themselves reminiscent of Piet Mondrian, – designed to filter sunlight into one of the Bungalow bathrooms during the day, creating a geometric wall of color. In the evening, this work of art is illuminated by reflected sunlight and later in the evening the glow from interior lights provides a bold and balanced design feature visible from the center courtyard and living areas of the main house.  Breathe in the best of McCall’s Alpine summer by opening the 15’ sliding glass entry panels that front each suite!

Lakeside
